What started as my best friend’s dream birthday cake has become one of my most requested cakes! Cloud-like layers of vanilla cake with mini chocolate chips, layered between milk chocolate ganache, frosted with my classic whipped vanilla buttercream and finished with a milk chocolate drizzle and chocolate-covered strawberries.
Despite the name, there are no potatoes in this cake!
